Who handles your information?

Information we request
Your name, organization, city, project type and brief, preferred contact details, and any optional quantities, timing or delivery information. We record consent time, enquiry reference, follow-up notes and related quotations. The form does not request payment details or identity documents.
Unfinished enquiries
If you opt into draft saving, form details are automatically saved after a valid contact method is entered, so we can follow up an unfinished enquiry. This option is off by default and is not required to submit a complete enquiry. Unchecking it in the same session requests removal of the draft; wait for confirmation. Sending the enquiry updates the same record. After leaving the page, you may request deletion through our official email.
How we use it
To understand the project, prepare a quotation, contact you about it and assign the appropriate team member. Your enquiry consent is not a marketing newsletter subscription.
Storage and service providers
CRM records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in Belgium, with the application server in the same region. Staff sign in through Firebase Authentication. Company email is sent through Hostinger. Each provider operates under its own service terms and settings; the CRM location does not mean that all email or authentication data is stored in the same region.
Protection and assistance tools
App Check and reCAPTCHA Enterprise help validate form requests and reduce abuse. Google may process technical device and interaction information for this purpose. A derived connection-address fingerprint limits request rates. With your optional consent, Google Analytics measures visits, contact clicks and successfully submitted enquiries. We do not send your name, phone, email or enquiry text to analytics. You can decline or change your choice through Privacy settings. Advertising and remarketing are not enabled.
When staff use the AI assistant, relevant project context is sent to Google to draft assistance. Identity fields are excluded and common phone and email patterns are masked, but free text may contain additional information. Staff review drafts before use; drafts are not automatically sent to customers.
Retention and review
Enquiries are retained for follow-up and related obligations. Closed enquiries last updated over 12 months ago are reviewed for deletion, taking contracts and applicable requirements into account. Review does not automatically delete contractual records. Backup copies may remain during their configured retention period.
Corrections, deletion and contact
For questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact our official email and include your enquiry reference if available. We review requests and may verify your identity; some records may need to be retained for contractual or applicable requirements. Opening WhatsApp takes you to a separate service governed by its own terms.
